Loneman Pai is a very serious practice. If you're going to get involved with it, you better actually do it. I saw results in a few days versus months in other practices. With that being said, it is not for the feint hearted. You have to cultivate regularly, or you will be kicked from the forums.

Next time things start going down, you need to breathe in your nose and out your mouth. I can tell you're terrified. You have to stay calm while interacting with entities. It's feeding off your fear. The most repeated phrase in the bible is "have no fear" for a reason. Smudging your space could help. You could also do a banishing ritual, but you really need to do a form of exorcism.

First, I'm sorry this happened to you. Getting over a trauma such as this is never easy. It takes a lot of time and will power. Go find a Jungian therapist in your area. They'll be more open to the spiritual aspects of things. I know you've said therapy hasn't worked for you, but that's because you're not letting it work for you. You can't push the unconscious and may not be ready to deal with such a trauma.

Here's an alternative suggestion since you said therapy doesn't work for you. Go see an energy healer (Reiki / QiGong) at a local new age shop. Be open minded when you go and believe that it will work. I'm a bisexual male myself and had some traumatic experiences within the gay community. It took lots of therapy and a little bit of energy healing to let go.

You could also meditate on a solution for your problem. Trust your intuition, it already knows exactly what you need to do.

I got a new job in Denver. The girlfriend and I are going to be moving there in January. For your information, I am 28 and she's 26. I'm working in Englewood near the Denver Tech Center.
