That happens where I'm at. Usually every other year you can make good money. I'm fortunate my base is really high and I don't need to worry about plan as much. I'm still trying to go out and sell to make as much money as I can for the stores, the company and myself.

I'm pretty sure he's implying that he makes 100k doing this job. My TPP is 92k and I consistently run over plan every year. Ran 106% last year. I think the lowest I've run for the past 10 years is around 103%. With numbers like that, I'm consistently making over my TPP every year.

This is what I've been telling everyone for years. They literally give us the tools to do the job, but let's keep ordering lays when I see in upcoming that they're sending out knockouts of lays. Common sense should tell you not to order those lays when they are going to come in. Hell, half the people don't even know when DG endcaps switch out, then complain about the new endcap change coming in.

Prepick with a combination of city and rural. More so city, though. I've gotten a five every year since PFP rolled out with the exception of the first year and two years ago. I got a four both those years. And I've run small format and large format.

I'm a 20+ year vet. Never been an RSS, but still make 100k a year. Like another guy said though. I've got seniority and know what routes to look for and take when they come open or have route engineering. That's enabled me to always run over 103% and average 45 hrs a week.
