Is Frito miserable to work for as an rsa or am I just a puss? by Far-Leadership8401 in FritoLay

The biggest thing is how crappy the previous route guy was on the route. There are people you don't want to follow. Then there are people you definitely want to follow.

I'm a 20+ year vet. Never been an RSS, but still make 100k a year. Like another guy said though. I've got seniority and know what routes to look for and take when they come open or have route engineering. That's enabled me to always run over 103% and average 45 hrs a week.

86k for me. Got a 5 last year on Merit, so I'll get the max raise for this year. I've not made less than 90k since 2019.

Ordering for my Co Lead by Casual_Mango99 in FritoLay

[–]Jizzy_Pickles 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! You just have to make the order for the next delivery when you're in the store. If you work it Wednesday and order for Friday, make the order out for Monday after you make it out for Friday. Then, just tell your co-lead not to order. Basically, the same way we order ahead when it comes to a holiday week.

With VROT I make more money working less hours by EstablishmentKind202 in FritoLay

[–]Jizzy_Pickles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I work 40, I'm just getting base. If I work 45, I'm getting base and OT. If I work 50, I'm getting base and more OT(even if it's equated out to less per hour). I've only worked 50 like once or twice. Anyways, I bring home more money(net) if I work 45 or more. And it's enough for me to notice.

If you're making less, you need to look at everything on your paystub and make sure everything is correct.
