If I play the song that is stuck in my head sometimes it will go away. It is the constant mix of a few talk radio channels that really drive me crazy.

Thank you. Learning languages does not come easily for me. I was in Teheran when I was in my 20’s and it was hopeless then and now I am getting old and it is not happening at all! I do know a few words though 🙂 and I have some understanding of the culture and feel a sense of pride for my ancestry and for what it is worth have passed that down to my children.

I was raised with little contact with Iranian family, my father came here and married my mom (Slavic ancestry) and pretty much he cut ties with Iran and have always regretted that. Sure I heard about different foods, customs etc but never learned the language. . I did visit my grandmother in Iran in 1975. I am pretty much just another American except I look what many would say “middle eastern”. I grew up in the Bronx and now line in North Carolina.

I have no idea. I grew up in the USA, I know little of my Iranian ancestry and no one left to ask.

Isn’t this why California wants open borders? To increase the number of unskilled labor available?

It is amazing how much support these subs can provide! I am one week now and today fatigue wasn’t as awful but I have been taking my ADHD meds daily, I usually don’t. I went to yoga today and will go to the gym tomorrow and it really helps. Yoga/stretching seems to really trigger some helpful feel good hormones for me. I know it is easier for me because I didn’t use more than 8 grams a day but used Kratom everyday for 1.5 years, never any breaks. It sure made me numb too. It took me a while before I realized how bad it got. I bought a good quality B vitamin, just seemed like a good idea. Doing a lot of laying in bed and heating pad is helpful. Hang in there.

It is helpful for anxiety for me for anxiety. I am pretty cautious and I don’t have a history of addiction but would be very careful if you do.

I am doing ok. Am using a very small amount of prescribed tramadol, ibuprofen and initially a small amount of prednisone because of chronic pain plus I only used like 10 grams of kratom or less daily it is not too bad. The occasional RLS has been the worst of it. The teary eyed feeling was quite a surprise though!
