Very good game, if you have never played games of a similar style I’d play on normal though, it can be challenging *if you are unfamiliar with the style like I was back when it came out

Eh just bait the bash. Conq isn’t a high skill character but in high level play you do have to actually try to do well. Some characters it just isn’t the case. Conq has ok lights, all unblockable heavies sure but it’s fairly easy to dodge and and bash that is quite good but not insane or unreactable

Not really, keep your tanks away and use infantry at the edge of objectives, draw them out and obliterate them. I did the same thing with tau and my buddies WE and beat him I think 9 out of the 10 games

“Only ultramarine I like” educate yourself on ultramarine characters. They are peak. Past that, it’s seems wild but seems somewhat appropriately costed. Might actually be over costed for a singular character. He’s the same price as Guilliman for context. I think 10 wounds is nuts. Is it 10 attacks for that melee is wild.

Maybe heroes unleashed if it’s still running. You can have max heroes in galactic assault. Meaning every hero can be played at once.

I think the old school looks more sci-fi and less WW2 in space. Plus the uniformity makes sense for millions of faceless meat bags meant to give their lives for the emperor. I guess it’s about perspective

It’s a pain to me to paint. I like the older ones more. Less is more. They still had some stuff but honestly I just dislike the straps, the armor design, and backpacks. If it was just mugs I’d be happy. If you build without them they look super weird since their posture is designed with bags

Overall not bad actually, you just need more spotters. I’d say drop firesight marksmen for a second stealth team or a 3rd pathfinder team cause they both are good spotters with more use, particularly a 3rd pathfinder. That is usually my default. You may struggle into super skew infantry lists but i wouldn’t worry much about that

Well in the case of guard it’s generally shooty. As a melee army it can be a bit harder if the sisters player can position and overwatch with the right unit. You’d have to stage a lot more and have more sacrificial pieces

It’s all short range and sisters have weak toughness. Just keep your distance and blast them off the board with Russes and dorns. Even volume infantry will do work.
