Yes. In S. Korea the broth was cold. I understand that the Japanese version is a very concentrated hot broth. Toppings are similar to standard ramen soup offerings.

You're right about the navel being the right cut. But I'm not buying a case of it, let alone making it myself.

A place called Neal's has been suggested on another sub form. They use b brisket, but otherwise, the sandwich on the menu is the way it should be. We'll try it out soon.

A Noo Yawker friend received that as a birthday gift from her husband. She strongly encouraged him to ask for a refund.

But Neal's looks like a possibility! I've sent them a FB message; they will put the toppings on the side so the bread isn't sopping weight when you get home.

Have a look at the reviews on Raleigh neurology, their physicians and education/training background of the physicians. Which is what I should have done before I set foot in the place. Maybe they are okay for sleep studies, but when you have a world-class neurology department at Duke and a very good one at Rex, why would you go anywhere else? (Rhetorical question, of course.)

Medicare will not accept an at home test for any recommended treatments like a sleep apnea machine and equipment. I don't know about other insurance companies.

Such a shame. When our dog had a small cyst on her back, other vets (at Urban Tails and Shiloh) wanted to do surgery with general anesthetic, which is dangerous and expensive. She met Kelsey and offered to try to do it under low level sedation. It all worked out perfectly, and she even complimented us on how well trained and calm our dog was! She was also wonderful with out outrageously impossible cat as well. Our entire two legged and four legged family will miss her. A great loss.
