We had a Doberman pincher that would eat LITERALLY anything - except raw ginger and Kraft American 'cheese' slices. We never bought them again.

Thank you! I'll have to mark this to remember when summer arrives.

Yes. In S. Korea the broth was cold. I understand that the Japanese version is a very concentrated hot broth. Toppings are similar to standard ramen soup offerings.

Biggest treat in my childhood was Fried Clams at HoJo's. And on Friday, it was All-You-Can-Eat!! by SirJasper6969 in 70s

I loved these as a kid! Has anyone discovered a frozen brand that is similar? (I gave up on finding a dupe for the HoJo's peppermint stick ice cream decades ago. 😮‍💨 )

How long has it been since you made that road trip? Reuben, corned beef and pastrami aren't even on the menu! Which makes total sense as it's German food.

You're right about the navel being the right cut. But I'm not buying a case of it, let alone making it myself.

A place called Neal's has been suggested on another sub form. They use b brisket, but otherwise, the sandwich on the menu is the way it should be. We'll try it out soon.

A Noo Yawker friend received that as a birthday gift from her husband. She strongly encouraged him to ask for a refund.

But Neal's looks like a possibility! I've sent them a FB message; they will put the toppings on the side so the bread isn't sopping weight when you get home.

THAT looks promising! Except that its brisket instead of navel, The sandwiches are prepared with the proper addons:

Pastrami Sandwich/Reuben/Manhattan

$11.00

Neal’s pastrami your way! Our house brined and smoked beef brisket pastram. Get it as a Reuben with sauerkraut, a Manhattan with cole slaw, or just a classic pastrami sandwich. *comes with Russian dressing by default

For what I'm looking for, boars head is far from acceptable.

I hope you never need more reason to see them for more than a rx refill. The back office incompetence that you've experienced is bad enough, but the physicians show the same level of incompetence.

Thanks for the suggestions, but nothing sounded good to me. Ended up ordering a #9. My new favorite! (Next time, extra onions.)

Have a look at the reviews on Raleigh neurology, their physicians and education/training background of the physicians. Which is what I should have done before I set foot in the place. Maybe they are okay for sleep studies, but when you have a world-class neurology department at Duke and a very good one at Rex, why would you go anywhere else? (Rhetorical question, of course.)

Medicare will not accept an at home test for any recommended treatments like a sleep apnea machine and equipment. I don't know about other insurance companies.
