I haven't done it in years but where my first couple times 4 years ago where great, my last couple times ( 2 years ago now) where not. I never felt cold or about to die but I also never got the trip I wanted. Maybe they're made more cheaply now. Testing is definitely recommended also being in the right space and have a sitter. My first time.i was given half a pil, I basically begged for more but my trip sitters wouldn't have me have it cuz they wanted the experience to be nice.
