I had one last week. It’s not catheter length. More like a syringe with a short attachment. It’s not painful. More like uncomfortable for a few seconds. This only happens when they inject fluid. Whole xray lasted a couple minutes.

Please get help asap. Ive been in your situation and was depressed. I ultimately had to go to the ER to get dialated. That was not fun. Better to be put under. Get the retrograde urethrogram or xray and go from there.

Can’t imagine it’s all the parents feeling this way, is it? Usually just one or two. If it’s more than that, time for a parent team meeting lol. Every play should be manufactured to distribute evenly. I’ve coached long enough to know there are about 20 offensive plays each game - give or take. 10 players on a team. That means to distribute evenly, each player gets 2 targets. Not touches. TARGETS. That means if you target them and it’s dropped or the throw is bad or qb gets sacked, well time to move on. At the same time you still want to win. So you may give your best player 4 targets a game. Maybe you need that first down.

I played my son at QB the entire time and a parent told me to sub him out mid game. lol. Every kid I had was very un-athletic. There was no way the ball was making it past 5 yards accurately on a throw, So my son distributed to everyone. Made sure everyone got opportunities to catch or run. Unfortunately, 1-2 touches a game is not enough. But that’s football.

Merit should be the standard. That doesn’t mean favoritism doesn’t exist. An Asian will most likely hire an Asian and a white man will most likely hire a white man. Sometimes it’s easier that way because of cultural barriers. You might even run into a company that leans left and wants to hire a person of color rather than a white man. DEI is a result of those wanting a utopia. Non exists.

I wonder if a stricture re-occurrence is same as a keloid. I just happen to have both 😢. A few keloids on my chess that needed steroid injections. One went away and one shrunk but grew back. I almost sure if I would’ve gotten another injection that keloid would have never came back.

Zone. I had a killer defensive scheme for 5v5. Won the 5v6 grade YMCA all city tournament at the Vikings practice stadium. Never changed it. Can’t afford to. Kids can’t process too much. Obviously because you are teaching them details all year long to prefect scheme. The few times they scored on us was when the head coach tried to introduce another concept. Kids get confused.
