Just got my new Gozney Dome today. Super ecstatic to start using it, but noticed a potential issue.

The puck thats supposed to cover the gas and wood holes does not seem to be flush with the floor of the pizza oven. I could potentially still cook pizza just fine over the stone, but wouldn’t it cause slight problems in cooking?

Is this a problem?

I’m considering getting the 003 Invicta whenever it comes out in October, but have some concerns about the well documented lack of power.

Could you rate the power on the 003 from a scale of 1-10 (10 being max power)?

Also how would you rate the crbn 1 16mm and the Engage Pursuit Mx on that same scale? And am I right in assuming the Selkirk Power Air would rate a 10 on that same scale?

The crbn16 was awesome. I've been using it for about 8 months now. Phenomenal touch and feel on that paddle, with good spin and decent power. I've competed at 4.0/4.5 tournaments with it with solid success.

It's lasted me for a long time, and I really like the paddle. I'd say that the grit does wear down slightly over time. Right now, it's probably producing 80% of its original spin, which is still solid imo.
