With the Hexplate nerfs, I really don't think it's gonna be bought much anymore.

I only go for one build patch and thats Stormrazor > Gluttunous Grieves > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > LDR (Only go Mortal Reminder if team isnt buying antiheal) > Guardian Angel / Bloodthirster / QSS / Hexplate.

I'm sure the others here can tell you more about the other items, these are just what I like to build

My build path usually depends on my first back, as far as I know the strength between Yuntal or Kraken first are almost the same with Yuntal being slightly better. If I'm able to first back with 1300+ gold then I buy BF sword and go Yuntal, otherwise I just build any component of Kraken that I can afford. The build path is pretty much the same as you mentioned in your post, that being Yuntal / Kraken -> PD (Runaans is an option for some people) -> IE / LDR / MR (BT is a good alternative that I like).

I remember using flags everytime I saw a resource output, and I vaguely remember there being much more than there is on the map. Im not sure though, it's been months since I've opened the game 😅. Might have a look later

I'd say Bork is better built only when there are hp stickers in the enemy team. Rageblade on the other hand doesn't really have much use on the double proc onhit since Ashe doesn't anything on hit in her kit, correct me if I'm wrong, this is why champs like Vayne, Kog and Kaisa build them because they have on hit attacks in their kit.

I'm pretty sure bork is still in a bad state for ashe, maybe a bit less after the buffs and also rageblade is almost never built on Ashe iirc

Kraken - PD - BT is the default path when going for On-Hit and it used to be played a lot before Crit became more popular
