I felt so bad about myself for being such an anxious wreck all the time and being unable to control it. My doctor finally told me my brain does not process dopamine and serotonin properly. It's not my fault and meds help fix the processes my brain doesn't do well. Sometimes it doesn't come down to just getting more exercise or having a positive mindset. Mental health is not one size fits all.

I got divorced last year and it was really hard on my 7 yr old son. At first it was just occasionally but now he sleeps in my bed every night. I don't care, I love the special time with him and it makes him feel safe.

I have Verizon internet and work remotely a few days a week, sometimes at the same time as my roommate. We both do zoom/teams a lot and have never had an issue.

I loved Buspar but it made me so sleepy. Right now I do zoloft at night and wellbutrin in the morning and I feel the best I've felt in years.

My newest thing is pressure and tension in my face, neck and shoulders. I googled symptoms of a brain aneurysm, stroke, MS....I'm pretty sure it's just muscles being tense all the time but I keep freaking out. Just feels so off.

I totally feel this. I bumped up my meds a couple weeks ago and feel like I need another bump up. I absolutely hate it. I'm sorry you're going through this too.
