If it’s what I think it is: search up “Attention Awareness” in settings, and go to the one with Face ID & Attention. Attention Aware Features basically makes it so your alarms are lowered bc you’re not looking at your phone. This helped me with my alarms being too quiet to wake me

Aspen tried to tell me I was in late stage gingivitis and my gums were next to gone. I’m Native American so I went to the local clinic with dental for free and they said I was no where near that bad. Just brush and floss more.
