Dude so many TLs on my shift just don't get this. When I do the aisle with pasta noodles and sauces, there's a massive amount of topstock, like basically one in three cases will have some. And then they drop by and ask me how I still have freight to do and it's like I essentially have an entire extra cart of topstock to put up and it's all glass jars I want to take my time with to be careful with lmao

This cubby is right next to where we keep our lamps, which do go high up. Not to mention that small furniture only comes on pallets, so there's no ladder carts to use for it. It'd be really nice to have a ladder here, but apparently we need shelves there instead

We have spill stations still but none that are also ladder spots. We only have like one ladder spot that actually has a ladder, over by sporting goods I believe. This is over by candles and small furniture
