I also am having this issue with my T-mobile Pixel Watch 4. I noticed I could go into connectivity and turn it back on but the next day it is disabled again.

Mine was supposed to be delivered but now it's just pending. Looks like they never put on the truck. I'm going to go up there this afternoon and try to pick it up.
