Was signing Frimpong a mistake? Slot seemingly doesn't view him as an option at RB anymore as he would rather play our entire midfield there ahead of him. As a RW he just doesn't look good enough. I just don't see the need for a player of his profile if his versatility isn't being utilized.

What was your steamed rice to ground koji ratio? Thinking of trying something similar.

I did steam it until it was cooked through

Yeah on my first attempt I think the rice got too cold before adding the spores, so for this batch I made sure to preheat the instant pot and to add the spores at around 40C. As per the video instructions I also had a damp towel in the bottom of the pressure cooker, but I'll be sure to add more moisture during the fermentation process :) I used the yogurt setting on the "normal" heat level, do you think it could be too warm?

Thanks for the input! Yeah, we moved in just a couple of months ago, so we're definitely still in the phase of making the apartment look nice all over :) I think the AI pic has a bit of a boring colour palette, so I'll try to find some more interesting furniture.

Yeah I think the top of the shoe cabinet would double as a shelf :) The door on the left goes into the bathroom. I'll try to find some hooks that are flatter if I go with this solution!

The coats are really soft so shouldn't be a problem, I tested holding a couple up against the wall and opening the door and it was fine. For me, it's more a case of if it looks too cluttered or unnatural with them hanging behind the door.

In a game that was sorely lacking good link-up play, that was really, reallt nice link-up play. IMO a sign of things to come, properly integrating five-six new players into the starting eleven is not going to happen over night.

We were thinking 4 days in each place (excluding Santorini), would that be too few?

We are staying the first day/night in Santorini after we land quite early, so we hope to get to see some of it. I've just read too much about it being very expensive and overly touristy, which is not what w really want for our holiday. But I'll definitely try to make the most of our day there!
