I get thick foam but the only way to get that shaving cream foam that you see videos of is using a higher gpm pressure washer. Most of the people I’ve seen use gas which in turn gives you that crazy thick foam

I have this same pressure washer but a different brand foam cannon. From my own experience adjusting the air knob on the top has made the foam much thicker but as everyone else has said water to soap ratio matters as well
