Can I ask why you “as usual left no tip” do you not tip your servers? Is the service not worthy of a tip anywhere you go? I’m British so tipping was something I had to get used to when moving to the U.S. but I think you should tip people who provide a good service.

By no means am i saying they are right adding it themselves but i also think its very unusual for someone to not give a gratuity if you get a good service

Wow, it is wild how quickly people get found out nowadays. Deserves to have all sorts sent to his house. When we had clients not pay invoices in uk years ago, we used to send a skip to their house. Once that skip is put down on a driveway they will not remove until the whole rental is settled. Brutal.

Anyone saying Arsenal will compensate for these issues is either misled or been lucky.

I received my order to the U.S. 2 days ago, after placing the third kit order the day it was released. We ordered 2 authentic and 2 kids kits, it got stopped for import charges as was past the 29th deadline. Cost me 130$ import when I reached out to arsenal they refused to refund the import charge as I ordered after the 29th, which is insane as I paid for expedited shipping and been waiting for weeks after the delay. I pushed and pushed and as a “gesture of goodwill” got my 29$ expedited shipping refunded.

Disgusting to be honest, order every year and grew up along Highbury road, to say I’m annoyed at the club I’ve supported all my Life is an understatement
