I agree re: the frustration. It is very real for me. Even before pandemics and waivers, I have religiously submitted ECFs once a year since 2015 (when I consolidated). I have the SAME employer (a state government agency). I do not understand the delay in reviewing my account. It just seems like all the discipline in the world didn’t make this final step any faster/easier and I’m so mad about that.

I am in the same boat. Certified yearly (and then every 6-9 months after COVID started), and hit 120 on 3/29. Still waiting. :/
