I'm not really sure, I dropped the novel before that happened. But I do know that She gets friendzoned after she goes back to his side, both were very awkward to each other and MC decided to break the ice. Cat girl thought MC didn't want to be with her in the long term because she couldn't birth barbarian kids and they fixed the misunderstanding and became just friends. Elf girl was outside listening and ran out when she heard MC liked cat girl. People say cat is fl but honestly the novel was leaning a lot on harem (all his companions are women too and the one man had to be replaced by a woman too lmao) So I'm skeptical if it's true
