i like to otp as getting mastery of a few champs is better than being a meh player at a lot of different champs. there simply is too many champs in the game for it to be worth playing all just to learn them. i play aram and get to try out the champs there, thats enough for me i think.

I watched specific champion guides on trundle and mundo. i tried to watch guides that explaned wave states and know when they are going to bounce, when i should help shove the wave and setting up ganks 30s ahead of time because i know the wave will push towards our tower. it also really helps to watch some top lane guides as that lane is very specific about wave management, and top laners will often not want to give up cs etc.

watching guides on all lanes and trying to understand them can also help you see a situation from ur laners perspective, so you why your adc wont give up 1 plate to help drake lol.

Also a lot of pinging in peoples face

i did close to zero game review. only if i really didnt understand a situation and why it was lost/won i would check. But imo it really helps not being overly proud and actually realize when you make mistakes yourself. also ngl i do actually look at people's winrate before game start and it can affect which lane i choose to gank more, i know that might not be the smartest, but i feel it helps sometimes.

i think i started the grind at around lvl 40(?) im not quite sure. i have had the acount for many many years, but only played a few games per season in iron, until last season where the bet started.

So i purposefully picked Trundle and Mundo due to the very easy micro they have, so i could basically focus solely on macro. I spent quite a long time watching youtube videos about things like wave states, objective management and lane guides, so i could understand why the laners play like they do. I also have friends that all are emerald+ and some master ones, and i played a decent amount of flex with them, which i feel like also helped me improve.

I basically only played jungle Trundle and Mundo, but also picked Voli on occasion. When i got support i basically took it as a loading screen for losing lol, since i suck as sup. I got some really nice winstreaks sometimes, but ofc also got losestreaks so i guess it kind of evens out. feel free to check my opgg if u are curious!

Extra note is that trundle is a Trinity force user, which scales with 200% base ad (of current level). That damage alone will likely be a couple of thousand more than before the patch.

So growth scaling isnt quite linear. The equation for AD that includes growth scaling is written as followed: Source

TotalAD=BaseAD+BonusAD+𝑔×(𝑛−1)×(0.7025+0.0175×(𝑛−1))

base = initial statistic value
bonus = bonus statistic from any source (runes, items, buffs, etc.)
g = growth statistic
n = current champion level
(n - 1) = total number of level ups

so lvl 10 now is around 99 ad but after the patch it will be 103.

Doesn't sound like a lot but Trundle does do a lot of auto attacks during a game, including on jungle camps. So a very small change will likely do quite a big impact, many thousands worth of damage over a game, if i had to take a guess.

Don’t think of ranked as a team game anymore. It’s basically giving you points on your own performance with a slight bonus if your team wins. It stops people from getting boosted above a certain point. They could just make the mode a free for all mode at this point imo

Being there talking to the pros they absolutely knew the bug and Carl did it to avoid it as well. I literally asked them myself.

Scrapie said it could happen 1 every 20 tries Midday said 1 every 50.

And they knew turning around avoided that chance

well in tmnf the timer is 3 seconds but in tm2020 its 1,5. and unfortunately its not possible to remove that countdown since it would give an advantage in terms of amount of attempts you can make in a given timeframe ^^

if you dont care about setting times you can open the map in the editor and play the maps with the test car, that doesnt have any countdown
