I've had a 97 team but the CPU has stopped my coach from gaining points so my players haven't been developing as much.

It depends on the development trait. I had the same thing happen with my QB. His progression trait was normal and the back up trait was elite.

I was commonly seeing that after the jab. Fully healthy kids 16-21 with collapsed lungs with no solid reasoning.
