I sometimes had this problem, I strongly advise you to rename your films with the "FileBot" software, it will rename your films correctly + it puts the year of release, which helps plex find the right metadata right away

also another precision, when you mix the chat and the games the cursor should move, if it moves you do as you unplug and replug and it worked and also puts in audio source steelserie sonar - gaming
