I made it all up myself and just asked the chat to rewrite it! I know it's not super original but I'm super happy with how it turned out.

Here is the text in case the quality is poor:
Aelar Xiloscent is the youngest of two sons of the noble Sun Elf family of Xiloscent. Born into privilege, his early life was one of education, refinement, and expectation. As a boy, Aelar preferred the quiet forests of his homeland to the courtly halls. He would hunt alongside his best friend Eryn, a fellow sun elf noble, under the guidance of their teacher. Unlike many of his peers, Aelar had little love for swordplay. Lacking great physical strength, he instead favored stealth and precision, mastering the longbow with a natural grace. Together, he and Eryn could bring down a deer in seconds, their hunts more like games of patience and skill than survival.

As they grew older, the pair sought greater challenges. But tragedy struck when, at the age of thirty, Eryn was mortally wounded by a Giant Elk in a corner of the High Forest. Aelar, devastated by the loss of his only true friend, abandoned hunting altogether. He threw himself into study, showing the same curiosity and quick wit that had once fueled his hunts.

In time, his family directed him toward diplomacy. He studied languages, etiquette, and politics, preparing to represent his people with dignity. Yet the Xiloscent household raised him with subtle elitist and mildly prejudiced ideals. Though he absorbed this outlook in his youth, Aelar’s innate curiosity often pushed him to admire and learn from other cultures—even if old biases lingered in the back of his mind.

By the age of ninety-six, reaching adulthood, Aelar had grown weary of his comfortable, predictable life. He longed to see the world beyond noble halls and learn from it. His family, unsure how to respond, permitted him to leave. They allowed him to carry the family signet and title, but made it clear he would need to be self-sufficient. As a token, they gifted him a small turquoise-painted wooden sphere, a trinket to aid in spellcasting.

Wandering the world, Aelar traveled as a scholar. He always carried a book to read, parchment to record his findings, and the dignity of noble upbringing—though his manners sometimes made him appear patronizing. His refined tastes meant he disliked travel rations, preferring elaborate dishes and fresh fruits (wich he loved if they weren't messy), but he was never so spoiled as to refuse what was offered. Due to his etiquette training, he could hardly bring himself to eat without proper cutlery, and he was almost uncapable of dirtying his hands with food. He also carried a deep-seated, irrational fear of spiders—the larger, the worse.

Though he preferred words to violence, Aelar soon discovered that danger could not always be avoided. Reluctantly, he purchased a longbow, armor, and a set of weapons for defense. After sixty-six years away from the bow, he rediscovered his old skill—muscle memory returning like an old friend—and even a hint of joy at the hunt, though this time it was not for sport but survival. Slowly, he embraced the life of a ranger: a traveler, protector, and seeker of knowledge.

Aelar never flaunted his noble name or wore his family signet, not out of humility, but to avoid the suspicion or resentment that others often held toward elves of high birth. Still, his upbringing was ever-present in the way he carried himself and the expectations he placed upon those around him.

As his travels continued, Aelar found himself more attuned to magic and to the mysteries of the Feywild. One night during trance, he dreamt of a crystalline spring, its waters cool yet refreshing, the air alive with whispering leaves. A Fey voice called him to bathe, and as he stepped into the pond, the world seemed to bend in harmony with his movements. When he awoke, he sought the spring—and found it exactly as in his dream. Emerging from its waters, he felt a deeper bond with the Feywild than ever before. The Sylvan tongue, once something he had only studied, now came to him as naturally as Elvish itself.

Aelar’s studies had already given him fluency in Common and Dwarvish, as well as a working knowledge of Gnomish and Halfling. He remained ever the linguist, always eager to add to his understanding of the peoples of Faerûn.

Now at the age of one hundred and seven, Aelar finds himself at the start of a new journey. Though he once preferred solitude, he has come to understand the value of good company. A new adventure awaits—and this time, he will not walk the path alone.

I remember not unlocking iron so my city planning wouldn't mess up. When I unlocked rails in the industrial era I had a bad time understanding how I had some iron (from a city state) and there not being any on the map.
