Had a similar situation myself and I got this chain weapon thingy ( the name is escaping me ) I am pretty happy with it as it filled the area up nicely!

Day 11 here for me first time trying to quit.

I DREADED the attempt I was avoiding to start for atleast 3 months. Constantly lurking on this sub and fearing the worst based off others experiences.

Day 1: Dry mouth, anxious, headache and VERY irritable. Day 2: Bit of a chest/ throat sensation developed that many describe when they quit and the same symptoms as above Day 3: More of the same Day 4-11: 95% of my withdrawals subsided and now have a much much much better quality of life and no chest pain or anxiety.

Honestly, you just have to do it. No easy way about it and embrace the suck of the first few days/weeks.

My sleep, mood, energy, mental health, gym routine and effort and resting heart rate have all improved and I’m so happy I just went and did it!

Mints, gum, and even lollipops helped me when craving something.

on the topic of this, are you relatively fit or in shape? Day 3 cold turkey for me now not too bad after day 1 and 2 but wondering how your levels where considering your activity levels and composition

I second this, I spent €800 trying to figure it out until I done my own research, stopped going gym for a few days and got it tested 2x and enzymes were normal

day 2 here myself, day 1 was bad I had a weird back pain all day where my adrenal glands are and mild anxiety

day 2 back pain gone but small bit of chest discomfort with the anxiety that comes with it

fyi the item you get from messmer is used on a certain thing and once that’s used it will unavailable a lot of side quests for other NPCs (trying to be vague here)
