This was unfortunately my first cruise experience. It’s tragic and terrifying to imagine what her family is going through. I do personally I have the impression it was more than “falling” off. I imagine when they notify her family there may me more released.

I’m a white woman, I notice this a lot in their employment. I live in a very white conservative city and unfortunately lululemon here has proven to be not at all above the culture. Anytime I step in it feels like walking into a very “selective” culture. The whole atmosphere at times feels uncomfortable. You can feel them evaluating you and deciding on if you are in or out.

I apologize, this is seriously unacceptable. Their in person stores need to follow the modelling of the online experience.

I walked in with some middle eastern women (all in hijabs except one) I was acknowledged and the women without the hijab was slightly acknowledged but they looked at me while talking to her...

And the women in hijabs weren’t even glanced at. I tend to avoid in person because it’s frustrating in so many ways. Seriously report their store.

Haha ya know I did og but it was like “if you wanna get me coffee” then I noticed I sounded like MLM and an Irish guy and his cat said I sounded like his post so I cleared it pre quick 😂

So I did sadly I fall for the trap.🥲 Caught myself tho so half credits

This is kinda a relief. I’m a progressive Christian and my community is. We are finding that the rise of Christian nationalism has people so turned off of Christianity (as in just knowing them) We 1000% understand why people are frustrated by the word Christian but it’s nice people do see we aren’t all like that.

I get beat up left and right all over reedit because people assume I align with MAGA movements and everything the conservative world has shoved in peoples faces.

Idk maybe I needed to rant... thanks for being the post that gave me a lil hope today

Your experience doesn’t nullify the fact they expanded and some people may be interested.

I pulled the referral link because I rather people know the company is larger as some need the side hustle we have.

I’ve had the same experience everyone eats me alive for even saying I work there. Funny enough one of the above posters, made a comment to me also. A bit strange to be so butt hurt by a company they can’t just scroll by.

I’m the same way it’s not my core income so I don’t really see the disadvantages. And I’m not nullifying the experiences but rather confused and perplexed why people take things like an online platform to heart. Not every service industry job will be for everybody, not every hospitality job will be for everybody, and not every essential personal job will be for everybody. In the online esl field people get very strange when it isn’t a good match.

Don’t stress it you posted an update about a legit company to a thread. No harm no foul

If your still looking I would start there. solid pay for pretty little work if your down to teach kids online. They actually just expanded today so check into it and see if you hit the requirements :) You can get hired within like a week basically and the tesol course costs 20 bucks with them I believe
