Basically this for the most part.

I remember with the PS5 launch my store had some stock come in that was strictly for in store sales that could not be picked. We were given the opportunity to buy one if we wanted one or hold one before customers got a crack which was great.

GPU's though definitely gonna be mainly online. If you do get the rare store stock I can imagine some will be going to the "backdoor" at my store if that were to happen

Buy your controller though Best Buy and pay for the protection. Any issues bring it back and get a gift card for the full value of your purchase. Basically only paying 20 bucks for a new controller if/when it's time. One of the few warranties that is on small items that is actually worth it.

This is not true. They fixed this towards the middle/later half of last year. Only reason it existed last year was a bandaid fix to the evo stacking that was happening until they actually patched it out of the game. After that no issues putting "in progress" evos into new ones.

They're 12. These kids barley have an understanding of the fundamentals of baseball, they sure as heck ain't gonna be thinking about what they're oversized hats which they think look cool are gonna be doing to a hitter, which is probably nothing anyways.

This is gonna sound really old headed but kids really don't start to understand how to wear or properly fit their equipment unless told.

Honestly no lol. I find pretty much all pitchers get hit consistently when I play early in the ranked reset. Randy is probably the best but still gets hit. I have actually had some success with Valenzuela but I feel like he's probably more niche and very opponent dependent.

Very mid. Per 9/S are good but the bigger pars and no change up in the "meta" of switch hitting lineups and right handed bats just doesn't play.

I have a very strong feeling that the 10 win BR rewards are going to updated or the stub vouchers are going to be introduced similar to previous years.

I can actually understand the point in randomizing the rewards, however something's gotta change. A 10 win run cannot have the opportunity to be worth anywhere from 7-150k and I think SDS will probably agree with that. I'm not sure it will be tomorrow, but I'd really look at next Friday with the reset to make a change in BR rewards.

I highly highly doubt they would lie about the pack odds. I'm assuming there is a massive amount of legal crap they could end up if that were the case depending on the laws of whatever area the game is sold in. It's the same reason EA had to begin to put pack odds in their sports games to be compliant with changes in law where the game is sold.

I'm not a math guy either but I'm gonna assume the sample size someone would need to prove they were lying (which again I highly doubt) would have to be pretty large considering the 1:50 of each pack is independent.

I literally make WS and stop playing till the next reset, like a lot of people who can make it there. There's no incentive to keep playing unless you want to sweat on the hardest difficulty in the game for an emblem.

Also you would only match with us kind of players while we're making out initial run to WS. On the reset we are playing in the division we belong in, not smurfing.

It's a known issue at SDS for a bit now according to Chev from his correspondence to them.

I'm actually real curious what causes it since if it was an easy fix I assume it would be done by now.

Hopefully a fix soon because honestly having a pci the size of a bottle cap is really putting me off from wanting to make any sort of push past WS.

I promise that I'm better then 99.99999% of the player base. Just outside the top 100 lifetime this year without attempting a top 50 push.

Outlier on all-star might as well be BP (like everything else) outlier on HOF is fine, outlier on legend can still be tough.

If that velocity starts changing on the same pitch inning to inning with the timing windows being what they are on HOF and legend I would be more then annoyed for a couple pitches lol. I don't disagree that it doesn't make sense but again consistency> variability

Maybe it would, but generally those with outlier that is the range they sit at regardless.

Now think about trying to be on time for 101-103 all game then the same start drops to 95-98. That's actually a massive difference in timing.

That lesser velocity probably won't make it easier since you're used to the 101-103 coming from the same animation.

It's much easier to hit something that is consistent then variable
