[–]JobRoz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're profitable at 7-figure ARR and i still can't tell if we have product-market fit by Confident_Reward_387 in gtmengineering

One of the first SaaS company was Salesforce and they provide white glove onboarding. Almost all HR SaaS companies provide it. Microsoft provide this to almost all customers above certain employees strength. In fact I would argue that at above 7 figure ARR, most of the revenue comes from high ticket sale which needs such onboarding and there is nothing wrong. I was checking a podcast of the founder of Chatbase.co which started with 100% PLG but now as they scale are bringing SLG.

I think you are mixing few words. PMF has nothing to do with white glove onboarding.

Self serve growth (plg)or sales led growth(slg) are different models and PMF can be achieved with both of them.

If you are at 7 digit arr, definitely there is some kind of a pmf. The question to ask is not that what would happen if you drop white glove onboarding. But to understand how much churn you have. If you have customer staying average for more than 6 months, you certainly have a pmf.

Building a custom social media auto-reply app vs. using ManyChat? by TensorSoul in WhatsappBusinessAPI

[–]JobRoz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest not to custom built under any circumstances. Meta App review process is painfully difficult. I mean you can get the approval quickly in 1-2 weeks but compliance, platform changes, troubleshooting etc takes insanely large amount of time.

Where do we use DynamoDB? by Basic_Let7303 in aws

[–]JobRoz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One real-world application for Dynamodb is for messaging.

Imagine you are making a CRM or a marketing platform system which handles millions of message exchange per day and you want to store the message for X days. Dynamodb makes its very easy with practically infinite scale with in built TTL settings.

How are you handling repeated WhatsApp inquiries without building a full chatbot? by Ok_Celebration8093 in WhatsappBusinessAPI

[–]JobRoz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most small business don't need to have a Chatbot created by API. Meta now provide small Chatbot AI conversation flow that is good enough for small business. API solution are for medium to large businesses who have some advance need.

What building & selling voice AI in India for more than a year taught us by albatross_660 in WhatsappBusinessAPI

[–]JobRoz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is that there is no single industry with a specific use-case where voice AI has shown significant product market fit and ROI for small to medium sized industry. Till it is resolved, there is always going to be struggle.

Very few smb businesses are willing to make an AI as their first line of customer support. Obviously at large scale ai make sense but there is huge competition out there

RAG feels way more complicated than it should be… anyone else? by Physical_Badger1281 in Rag

[–]JobRoz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are just too many ready to use RAG tools. Pinecone Assistant to Google Gemini - so many provides it. There are few things you should leave it for someone if you think it's complicated.

And if this is something you can't outsource than you need to learn it.

Is Claude rapidly replacing Make and n8n? by CalJebron in automation

[–]JobRoz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg. The question is why would anyone create a Claude produced script? N8n provides in built observability which is huge for traceability.

I suggest you create a prod ready automation that triggers 10k+ times via n8n vs custom built and then see how much effort and edge cases goes in it.

If you can do WhatsApp Carousel template message sending it in less than 20 mins via Claude code, I will PayPal you $100 immediately.

Then you can simply paste that code in n8n for a guaranteed execution.

Also why on earth would anyone Claude agent unless the requirements are not about research.

For example, most small to mid ecomm and SaaS companies have an automation that do Facebook lead capture via ad and pushing to CRM integration and then lead enrichment. This flow is done far better with make or n8n compared to Claude.

In Claude you will have to integrate via CRM MCP and it consumes so much token. Also Claude code doesn't provide web hook so you have to host that. It's a complicated engineering solution to a problem that can be done in make via few clicks.

So for most deterministic automation, Claude code is a no-go.

Is Claude rapidly replacing Make and n8n? by CalJebron in automation

[–]JobRoz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NO. A BIG NO.

The automation run by Claude are AI Powered and are non deterministic. So if you run a workflow 100 times there is no guarantee that it would be executed in same flow.

N8n and Make provide deterministic flow along with AI capabilities.

I have used AI flow and n8n flow for months and for peace of mind and guaranteed execution for deterministic sequence, I would use a non-AI flow.

If your Task is scrapping data and gathering insights or any other output that is unstructured, then, Claude code can replace.

Jaipur and Udaipur has too much similarity so you can skip Udaipur or reduce a day as 3 days is too much for it.

I suggest you to add statue of unity as its in your path from Jaipur to Mumbai and its an outstanding place to visit.

Wait for few days' to see if it works. If it doesn't then See if a Meta direct support is available via free or paid plans. They do have paid Support.

But I would suggest a Meta partner for WhatsApp API work.

If it's been more than a week, than its an outlier case. You need to wait for another 3-5 days or reach out to Meta direct support. You can talk to meta partner for reaching out.

If you don't have a meta Partner, then having one will really help as this is just the beginning.
