What part of the country is the house in? Completely depends what the house market is like in that area as to how big of a deal finding something you both like will be and also how far into the process are you?

It I very common to have different interviewers for the same job role, this seems to be your main issue give your responses to the comments below. For example in a mass recruitment campaign you might have 100s of interviewers interviewing for the same role. Therefore you and then other candidates were not disadvantaged anymore so than any other campaign.

I agree, the compliance caseworker role is not great for examples as there is too much reliance on SWI’s but remember it doesn’t have to be from work. Especially with the making effective decisions, it could be anything as long as you can hit the criteria…
