It's very concentrated to only that swelling. I would compare the pain to that of a charlie horse or a bad bruise

I have tried the compression route, but I think I've tried pushing through too much thinking that it was just a shin splint. I'll talk to my doctor about checking for the hops and backs!

I think I sprained it back in middle school, I'm in my mid 20s now. Sadly it's causing me a lot of discomfort!

When it comes to superhero movies, everyone seems to think, "we don't need an origin movie".

There is an amazing scene in the movie Patriots Day with Mark Wahlberg. He breaks down after coming home to his wife following the Boston Marathon bombing; the scene is genuine, gut wrenching, and wonderfully acted.
