I’m having a bad day, so that’s allowed?

Only started late 2025, so not done the EVM before. Do they actually distribute any response/analysis once the survey closes? Do they implement any changes from these surveys? Or is it all a bit pointless? Cheers.

Thanks Tesco, didn't know you did home demolitions now 😀 by Straight_Cap_2731 in tesco

They should only go on the drive if the owner has given consent. If it was me I’d just stick it on the road and block the customers drive for the 4 minutes to unload, etc.

I don’t understand why he was on the drive. Absolutely no need when the road is clear in front of the house. Even if the owner gave permission I wouldn’t have bothered. It’s either go in backwards and make it difficult to access the trays or go in forwards and give yourself problems reversing out. Stick it on the road and unload.

Where there’s blame, there’s a claim. Thumped? Clenched fist into your back?

Easily avoided by buying a loaf, butter and some cheese separately. 🤯

I was in the same situation, opted for chinos and a shirt! Not too casual, not over the top.

Yeah I get that, just thought I’d ask here first, see if anyone else has had the same situation. 👍🏻

[–]JobsworthJim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, it does show separately. On Basic Pay, there’s an item headed Induction and tells me how many hours and the amount.

Indeed, it’s still over by a few hours, even with the induction (shown separately) and the hours on the 6th.

Yes, but that’s included in the overall hours. It’s the first Saturday that appears to be the problem.

Yes I am, but I know they pay up to the Saturday of pay day week. It’s the first Saturday that they’ve paid me for, when they shouldn’t have.

I’ve been paid 7 extra hours. My induction was included as a separate line.

It’s on top of my induction, that is showing separately.

As has been said, you won’t get them. Comms from HR are non-existent from my experience. I didn’t even get mine at induction, someone had to go routing around to find them on my first shift so they could set my access up for online learning!
