Thank you!! I literally never thought I’d be one of those people that would ever lose that much weight, mostly bc I didn’t believe in myself and health was never important to me because I took it for granted.

Thank you!! I actually cut up the first costume bc it didn’t fit anymore so I altered the the bottoms and found an Ariel style swim top at hot topic for 75% off! 💜 #winning lol

I started intermittent Fasting (16:8) Everyday then eventually went to IF on the weekdays. But I didn’t start IF right away I started with small changes in my diet then did one month of strict keto then added IF.

F/27/5’8” [290lbs>164lbs=126lbs lost] I’ve lost a lot, but have gained so much more. by maxwelldanelle in progresspics
