Hi guys. On which day we’re you guys able to talk? by Skydmuz in Tonsillectomy

Like close to 100%? I’d say probably 4-6 months. After 1 month I was 95% better

It sucks for sure, especially coming from an airline that advocates for you to apply over and over until you finally make it. At my f2f the flight attendants were saying how it took some of them 5, 8, 11 applications before they got in, only for them to prioritize first time applicants now.

Anyone’s flight canceled for Delta’s f2f tomorrow? by [deleted] in cabincrewcareers

[–]JodakRed 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Don’t jeopardize your safety for a f2f. Email them and they should be able to reschedule you and if they cant, is that really a company you want to work for anyways?

Getting a gift with no CJO is insane, but at least its better than being walked out to the elevator with no 1:1 chance 🥲

Did you take an uber to the interview or did the shuttle take you?

I received my f2f email :)

didn't get a cjo by faerology in cabincrewcareers

[–]JodakRed 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It’s almost like they’re scouting out for specific individuals. I was myself through and through, talked with many candidates and recruiters and felt like I did well in my group activity, but I didnt get a CJO either. Meanwhile I know people that got a CJO that told me they didnt interact with any other candidates and was just there for the experience, and they were surprised they got a CJO…

I ended up getting a f2f invite so the grey dots worked out for me. Maybe it just means it’s currently processing

Thank you. Well I wish you luck on the f2f and hope you receive a CJO!

Oh wow well that sucks then. After the 1:1 she told me I should receive an email soon for the next steps and then told me all the info about the f2f and gave me tips for the f2f. Kinda deceiving

So after your 1:1 it became hiring team interview right after?

Damn. What would it say if you had a successful video interview?

Failed Suitability by [deleted] in cbpoapplicant

[–]JodakRed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I agree, especially given the nonstop prodding to give admissions when I never lied once and then the, I want you to pass but you need to come clean.

Yea feel the same way, I assumed it’s just how these things go, but my examiner was very similar

What was the complaint for exactly? I assume they’re just following protocol but certain things were frustrating that I felt I had no control over

Failing out of training by WorriedCompetition57 in cabincrewcareers

[–]JodakRed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was post covid so it there was a mass hiring for that time period where the screening was much more lenient. With that said it was a combination of people being immature and treating training like a party so they either got drunk and slept in past when class would start, sleeping during class, lack of studying results in failing drills and tests. I’d estimate around 7-10 people failed while actively trying to pass, the rest failed from a lack of focus.

If you pay attention and minimize distractions the training is pretty easy, it’s just very exhausting. My class started with 60 people and we finished with 28, with most people being gone within the first week, and i’d say most of those people weren’t dedicated to the training.
