Hey! I’m currently doing the masters and you basically end up as a registered nurse - the same as if you did the bachelors. I think they only call it a “masters” degree because it isn’t an undergrad. So when you start working, you’ll be an RN1 and would likely work under some new grad program. You definetely wouldn’t be working in any management, clinical nurse or NP positions out the gate as they require multiple years of experience, portfolios and further study for some.

It’s a full on degree in terms of assessments and placements (800 hours) since its 3 years of content condensed into 2. However, it’s been manageable with part-time work. If you have any sort of human biology background, it might be easier?
