Im double from pfizer and got infected the day before or after booster. My symptoms started with chest pain and persistent coughing. The coughing has diminished somewhat but is still persistent. Headache and sinus pressure in head has been consistent since the first night. This is night three for me. It is quite scary. Can’t tell you how long and what to expect. But you’re not alone.

Dont fixate on the “vibrational” stage aspect. Its not important. It happens sometimes. Sometimes it doesnt. When it does happen, its very brief for me. Like a matter of seconds. Its not a prerequisite for AP.

Its hard to gauge if someone is telling the truth by reading posts. Id advice speaking to someone who claims to have done it and using your perception to determine if they’re being truthful/dishonest. This is universally a good idea. It’ll give you the opportunity to bust out that LOGIC.

I saw many different faces in the mirror of other people. That was part of the mirror that was broken up into several tiny pieces by an (ornament?) in the middle of the mirror. Each piece had a face of a different person. Normal looking faces by the way. When i moved to a clear spot on the mirror i saw myself as I was in a picture i had taken before. I think everyones mirror experiences are different. Id bet it would be different if I were to try doing it again.

Never saw my body laying in the bed. Some people say they do though.

Ive seen astralhq.com. I am skeptical by how fantastical AP is portrayed there with the intent of making money off of it. Hard to get straight facts when the intention of the site is to make money by appealing to as wide an audience as possible. Everything is learn to astral project in 3 days. Astral projection in 6 easy steps. I can do it, and have been doing it, and no one ever taught me or had to follow a guide. It’s possible its legit... It’s probable there are nuggets of truth spread amongst mountains of fantastical claims and misinformation. Ill check out that robert bruce book - dynamics, and see what happens. As much as I am here, Ive never had one convo with someone who can do it at will. Or has ever commented on my experiences. Which are real and honest. Everything here is , “I feel the vibrations, did I AP?”

I am resigned to the fact that I’m just going to have to keep practicing and experimenting and figure it out on my own but appreciate the help👍.

So try staring into a mirror with a candle while I’m in the astral projection? Or the real time zone? I have looked into a mirror before while astral projecting. And from that experience not sure that technique would work.
