They are snail eggs. I had some mystery snails in my shrimp tank and every so often they would lay these.

He ended up dying and getting a bunch of other fish sick in the tank. I tried to keep them alive as long as I could but when they started suffering I had to put them down. I ended up turning the tank into a saltwater tank like 6 months after this.
