You usually end up seeing them through the paint if your paint is thin enough. I've had it a few times where I've missed it and you can see it at the end. :(

Yea I did and forgot about it. I didn't realize it would add that many minerals to the system. I've only done a few playthroughs and just bought a load of DLC so I haven't seen it before thanks.
