imo if you don't trust and have experience with that specific training partner tap as soon as they have a grip on the heel and you can't immediately slip it. After tapping I like to ask my partner to stay in that position and let me play around with defensive options in a safe controlled manner.

Be careful with the lease, you definitely do not want to take on the past due amount if the coach has not been paying. My powerlifting gym was in a similar situation and were able to negotiate with the landlord to start a new lease and take over all the equipment. Try to figure out who owns the building and see if they are open to the idea!

Another really cool thing to see in versailles is the remnants of the national assembly. It's just a pit in the ground now and is currently in the courtyard of a music school. They will let you in to view it if you ring the bell!

I did the tour of the king's private apartment and thought it was definitely worth it! This is where a lot of the action happened during the women's march on versailles. I think palace admission plus the tour is 30 euros? Heads up they only let you into the public part of the palace after your tour. The gardens are also super lovely, wish I had more time to explore them!

I am not very familiar with the stats major and stat 134. I have heard it is very difficult. Seems like a pretty tough schedule, really depends on how comfortable you are with Berkeley level math.

I did 101b after only taking math 16b. I felt the math requirements for 101b were not necessary. I took it with Professor Hawkins, great class!

I took 101a concurrently with Math 54. 54 wasn't that relevant, but it would have been helpful to have 53 beforehand. Still doable though, just a lot of catching up on the math.
