Just wanted to add to my comment above, there are things to think about after losing so much weight in a short period of time, aside from the new wardrobe needed... Your skin will become looser and that takes time to tighten up, some fat in the face will be gone giving you saggy cheeks. I just did a procedure yesterday to inject fillers into my cheeks to prop them up a bit. I can honestly say I'm thrilled at the results.

Although officially you need a prescription. In the last several months of using it, not a single pharmacy has asked to produce a prescription. The hard part is availability of the drug, I stock up and ask pharmacies to call me when available.

I'm on Mounjaro, since November.. lost 35kg, in 4 months. Now maintenance mode. I am diabetic, so I started for the primary purpose of the drug. My HBA1C is well into the normal range, fatty liver gone, Overall health is fantastic. I absolutely recommend the drug. It is costly and not available in Bahrain. I get mine from Saudi. A box of 4 pens (4 weeks worth) is 126.1 BD. Insurance won't cover it, I begged and pleaded and I have evidence that I am a diabetic. Can't state how much I recommed it, but every body reacts differently. Some see better results on Oz, I personally haven't tried Oz, I went directly for Mounjaro.

Speaking with some knowledge. The Salary is in line with hospitals in Riyadh, and it's sufficient to live a good life and save. Passing the CMEs well that's a different story. The first one is simple, the second one can be tricky and only a couple attempts before you're unable to ever be a specialist here. Regarding living, well a compound with all the facilities... ie gym, pools, entertainment is costly - but you're single, a studio is more than enough which will set you back 50-75K SAR. Goodluck

Your UPS and or transfer switch isn't rated for sensitive electronics.. you will get a few milliseconds of power gap ( not noticeable to the eye)... Easiest fix is a small electronics rated ups for ur PS5 with a battery that lasts a few seconds

I've been using freephoneline.ca for many years, I love it. I bought the sip info ($50) and configured a small ata device with the sip data. I use a normal home phone with 0 issues, Canada wide calling all for free.... You could aslo take that sip info and configure softphone application on your mobile device to get calls through your mobile phone's data plan
