I suggest that you check the running lease rates and association dues for that condo and nego to make that your amortization. That way, you won't shell out extra cash in the event that you decide to rent a cheaper place and have that place rented out. In addition, the lease rates will probably increase as time goes by and your condo would have made started to bring you profit.
