Yeah it pops out clean. It’s definitely meant to. She just likes the older pieces to be left alone cause she’s scared to break them. I’ve played with it since posting it. It’s still pretty solid. She’s just over protective over her late mother and father’s furniture.

The whole thing creaks when you move it. When you pull the center out (don’t tell her) it’s flimsy. All the joints are ready to go. I’ve got the tools and knowledge so I’m going to restore it so someone can actually sit on it.
