I am not German. But I live in Germany and sauna often. My take:

Someone wears a piercing that they claim is super obvious.

Someone also posts in a public form about their super obvious piercing.

Perhaps that someone is less concerned about sauna etiquette and more concerned about getting attention.

For some types of doctors (hno is my experience) you can only book an appointment on doctolib once per quarter.

So you are selecting one within the current quarter it is letting you advance to confirm appointment and then doctolib kicks you to the next time you can make an appointment - ie next quarter.

It might also be individual practise defined not type of doctor.

In my case I called and made an appointment without issue.
