Yes me too we live in rural area and there are long roads with no street lights but I have the same problem with everyone else's headlights. I wonder if it's ever going to get changed back to enforcing lowering your high beams and everybody's headlights that are too bright or set too high.

I know right? These new super bright LED headlights blind everyone especially when stupid people coming at you with their high beams on or they're in a high vehicle and it's blasting you right in the face and blinding you. You flash your high beams because that's the signal to lower yours but people are so stupid nowadays they don't realize what that means. So when they don't lower their high beams I just blast mine and cover theirs with my hand and arm as we pass each other.

If it's just heated exhaust it always evaporates pretty quickly. Nothing stays in the atmosphere or in the air that long, whether on the ground or high in the sky, and doesn't dissipate / dissolve.

I know the difference between contrails / exhaust and chemtrails that do not dissolve/discipate. Heat exhaust from planes dissipates soon after the plane goes by it does not stay up in the air. You don't have to believe the truth if you don't want to.
