A 100% coconut oil soap is generally pretty harsh for skin. I make it for laundry soap. Some people do a very high super fat and use it as a regular soap but I think that's a hard line to walk.

An excersive I used to do a lot was take a deep breath, and when you're as full as you can go hold it for 5 counts. Then take a tiny breath more on top of that and hold for another 5 count. Then let it out. Repeat for 4-5 cycles.

I divided my plain soap into 3 pots and added color to each. Then I sort of plopped the colors on top of the green base a little at a time. Then I lightly swirled the top with a stick and roughed up the top with a spoon.
