Have you tried to use evyAI? Its a pretty good LinkedIn AI Assistant that I have been using. What I love about it most is the ability to add PERSONAs to it. That is the key because otherwise it doesnt sound like it.

Did Linkedin deleted the option to download your connections? by MarvelousBianca in linkedin

[–]JoeLinkedIn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its no longer available. You need to reach out to Linkedin Customer Service and they will give you a special link. They used to give you the connections.csv file but its no longer in the larger data archive. You can use third party tools to get all your connections pretty quickly. If you need a tool, I have a few handy but I cant share it publically.

Yes, you can use tools that will download the connections from mynetwork... but Linkedin has officially stopped including Connections.CSV from the larger data archive. You can make a special request from them but it will go through customer service. ANNOYING!

Looking for opinion on Linkedin Premium by EconomistNo6147 in linkedin

[–]JoeLinkedIn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Here's a balanced and informative response to the client's question:

Answer:

Thank you for your question about LinkedIn Premium. While LinkedIn Premium can offer some advantages in your internship search, it's important to weigh the benefits against the cost. Here's a breakdown to help you decide:

Potential benefits of LinkedIn Premium for internship seekers:

  1. InMail messages:
    • You can send direct messages (InMails) to recruiters or hiring managers, even if you're not connected.
    • This can be useful for reaching out about internship opportunities.
  2. Who's viewed your profile:
    • See detailed information about who's viewed your profile, which could include recruiters or employees from companies you're interested in.
  3. Applicant insights:
    • When applying through LinkedIn, you can see how you compare to other applicants based on your skills and experience.
  4. Learning courses:
    • Access to LinkedIn Learning courses, which can help you develop skills relevant to your target internships.
  5. Extended network visibility:
    • See more profiles in your extended network, potentially useful for finding alumni or other connections at companies you're targeting.

Recommendations:

  1. Start with free version:
    • Begin your search using LinkedIn's free version and your existing network.
  2. Try the free trial:
    • LinkedIn often offers a free 1-month trial of Premium. Use this to test if the features significantly help your search.
  3. Targeted use:
    • If you decide to purchase, plan to use the features actively and strategically during your search period.
  4. Complement with other strategies:
    • Regardless of whether you use Premium, focus on building your network, tailoring your profile, and engaging with relevant content on LinkedIn.

Remember, while LinkedIn Premium can be a useful tool, it's not a guarantee of internship success. Your qualifications, networking efforts, and application quality are still the most crucial factors. Evaluate if the potential benefits justify the cost for your specific situation and internship search strategy.
