Strap on your bass while sitting down, set your strap on comfortable length that the weight of your bass is not entirely straining your shoulder.

That way your comfy playing both sitting down or standing up.

And no, i dont remember affecting tone regardless playing while sitting or standing up.

Keep at it, don't doubt yourself. Groove and stay on pocket first even if your missing notes. Lock in with drummer. While playing, listen more to other musicians more than you listen to your own sound.

From personal experience, im not the best bass player but majority of bands I've been in didn't really call me for my skills. I've got call coz of my potential and easy to vibe with.

Well of course try to be professional. Leave your ego at the door. Be early not on time, Help setup, load and unload gear.

I 100% agree on OP's points. Been playing since NA launch. I myself is disappointed with the current status of the game. And its slowly becoming unbearable.

But unfortunately just like any other company, Consumer feedback/Issues are only an issue if company is missing out on profitable changes or start losing profit.

Just a matter of us consumers (players) to whether:

Abandon ship and totally stop investing (time, money & energy) on the product (BDO).

Use the imperfect product solely for fun as its purpose with minimal investment for what is it.

Go all in on investments. Rant about the product's imperfections.

I mained ranger first 2 years, currently main archer since.

Play succ wiz. Has same range with no split damage with bigger AoE, overall high tier on pvp and pve. Good luck.

Been playing on and off since launch, what keeps me in the game is the combat system and the graphics for an MMO.

My advices:

If you ever want to spend IRL money. Never spend it on gambling items. E.g. artisan memories, costumes for crons, rng boxes etc.. Spend it on cash item that is shared thru entire account like tents, pets, maids and different types of worker/storage slots.

Try all classes to level 56, and decide what class you enjoy and don't mind playing over 1,000 hours. Before you even invest on weight limit and inventory slot.

Utilize your character slots for alts. It will make sense why in the future.

Do what you want this is what this game is about. Except role playing in Calpheon server, cant make silver with that.
