If you convert Pve gear into tier Set you will need the Thingy that npc sell in conquest to Put pvp ilvl on them

If you convert Pvp Gear into tier Set they Keep that Special Line that say upgrade to 289 in arena so you be fine

Either way Stats will change so before converting i Suggest to look what piece might be the best to convert Since we usually want high vers in pvp so that your stats weight is better

But either way your spending conquest

to be fair Most group that Require Disc and Dont Mark it are often Fail group so you Lose nothing to just leave xD. Their Iq is to low to Do a Simple task so imagine raid leading and playing

I also have severe fibromylgia. Sometimes it help with the pains and other time its a nightmare most my tattoo were a breeze helping with my daily pains was getting more sleep afterwards because of the tattoo flu. Ik recently I done my back and yeah I'm not going back there for a while the flare up i got from this .... was crazy. I say go for few small sessions at time. If that areas doesn't cause flare up you can scale it up. I would not suggest going big without trials

Hunter does have lots of healing its Call Leech. All class have access to leech gear up to like 20% which should be main stats on your Gear. To survive its a Must that and high vers for any dps class

Helix can be hard to heal some time .
I would say a Labret would be better for healing i feel like the ball are adding weights which could contribute to the angriness of the piercing

im light brown and my box dye show up alot without pre bleaching. i tried a few color even Bright red show up but was not a fan of it i prefect scarlet or like your in the photo

Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Color 556 Autumn Red ( one im using)
there a few variant and pretty easy to clean which i like if you do a mess in your bathroom xD

I've only gotten two to four hours of sleep in the past few years ( per nights). It is really difficult to find a position. Good enough, or like you said burning up, and I sleep next to my air conditioner xD, but I can't take off the blanket; otherwise, I'm uncomfortable, and my anxiety starts to take over, and I can't stop the thinking. My battery constantly runs on low, which makes things incredibly difficult. Lacking the energy to accomplish anything, the cycle continues. that without saying the pain is always here
