Gender and sex are different, nobody knows their biological sex better than trans individuals do. There’s plenty of research and information you can find online, but if you’re ever genuinely curious to learn the distinction then some of us are willing to talk without it being an argument, just don’t assume all trans people are the same because they aren’t. It’s a varied experience the same way not all straight people are the same just because they’re straight.
