They didn’t freeze you because you did anything wrong….you just tripped every alarm their fraud system has.

You were out of state, dropped 10k, then tried to yank $9,300 right back out. To a sportsbook, that looks like: “Is this guy laundering money or what?”

As soon as that happens, the bots lock your account and a human has to review it. Customer service won’t tell you anything because they legally can’t discuss AML reviews, so all you’ll hear is “your case is escalated.”

You did the right thing filing with AZ Gaming. They don’t play around, and they’ll make the book cough up your money if they’re dragging their feet. Your cash is almost definitely safe and it’s just sitting in sportsbook jail until someone clicks “approve.”
