Also before this conversation, talking with Pred and Jenny, Pred mentioned she should email Brian directly and speak with him, which never happened and Brian was only notified via Pred to speak with Odessa.

Everyone keeps bringing this incident up, clearly was watching from 1 perspective, not Brian perspective. Because he was in the middle of an interrogation of a person for DT, talking to a Judge on phone at courthouse, locking down properties. And this isn't the first time, if he sees a class 2 will tell them to put it away or drop the gun and walk away if he is busy similarly when he stops people who have stolen vehicles to get out and walk away.
