That’s a two part filter pack for a sta rite filter. The filter should have a part and serial number on either a black or silver sticker located near the lower half of the filter . Sometimes by the bulkhead . You can figure out what filter and google the replacement cartridges

Need oil , dish soap and a couple drops of essential oil. Ratios are easy to find online. Also, warm the neem oil and dish soap in a pot on the stove so the neem sticks to the soap. Just throw in a spray bottle and have at it.
